Standard Commission

Shares transfer/movement charges (Other than trades)

On out-going shares: Rs .01 per share
On in-coming shares: Rs .01 per share

Physical Shares Deposit for CDC conversion (Other than trades)

Rs.10 paisas per shares or Rs. 50, whichever is higher (incase, the Registrar is located in Karachi).

Rs.15 paisas per shares or Rs. 100, whichever is higher (incase, the Registrar is located outside of Karachi).

Subscription charges for Right Shares (Other than trades)

Rs.05 paisas per shares.
